By booking with Buff Rock Wellness you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before completing your booking. These terms form a legally binding contract between you and Buff Rock Wellness.

1. About Us. Buff Rock Wellness is a portable sauna tent rental service operating in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@buffrockwellness.com.

2. Booking & Payment. All bookings require full payment at the time of booking. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. A mandatory non-refundable damage waiver fee is included in the total price. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You will receive a booking confirmation by email once payment has been processed.

3. Minimum Booking Period. The minimum booking period is 2 consecutive days. Bookings below this minimum will not be accepted.

4. Delivery & Collection. We will deliver the equipment to the address provided at the time of booking. You are responsible for using the equipment in accordance with our safety guidelines and for ensuring the setup area meets the space requirements set out below. We will collect the equipment on the agreed final date of your booking. You are responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery until collection.

5. Our Obligations. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are required to provide our services with reasonable care and skill, and our equipment must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If our equipment fails to meet these standards, please contact us promptly.

6. Your Responsibilities. You are responsible for the safe and lawful use of the equipment during your rental period. You must be 18 years of age or older to make a booking. You agree to follow all safety guidelines provided.

7. Damage. You are responsible for any damage beyond fair wear and tear. The mandatory damage waiver included in your booking covers accidental damage up to a specified limit. It does not cover intentional damage, misuse, theft, or loss of equipment. Where damage exceeds the waiver limit, you may be liable for the cost of repair or replacement.

8. Limitation of Liability. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law. Subject to this, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your booking.

9. Cooling-Off Period. As a leisure service booked for a specific date, this contract is exempt from the 14-day statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(1)(h)). Our voluntary cancellation policy applies instead (see below).

10. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@buffrockwellness.com. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.

In the event of extreme weather or other circumstances making the sauna unsafe to use, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If we are unable to fulfil your booking due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund including the damage waiver fee.

By booking, you confirm that you and all users of the equipment will follow these guidelines at all times. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in serious injury and could affect your insurance coverage.

• •The sauna tent is for outdoor use only. Never use it indoors or in an enclosed space.
• •Maintain at least 120cm (4ft) clearance from all buildings, fences, trees, and flammable materials.
• •Set up on a flat, stable, non-flammable surface only.
• •Never leave the fire unattended while lit.
• •Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times and should not enter the sauna.
• •Do not use the sauna under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that may impair judgement.
• •Limit sessions to 15–20 minutes at a time. Exit immediately if you feel dizzy, faint, or unwell.
• •Stay hydrated. Drink water before, during, and after each session.
• •Do not use the sauna if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, high blood pressure, or any serious medical condition without first consulting your GP.
• •Keep a bucket of water near the sauna at all times in case of emergency.
• •Ensure all users are aware of the nearest exit and emergency procedures.

This Privacy Policy explains how Buff Rock Wellness collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Data We Collect. We collect personal information including your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address. This information is collected when you make a booking or contact us.

How We Use Your Data. We use your personal data to process and manage your booking, communicate with you about your rental, send booking confirmations, and comply with our legal obligations. Our lawful basis for processing is the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR).

Marketing. We will only send you marketing communications if you have given your explicit consent. You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@buffrockwellness.com or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

Third Parties. We do not sell your personal data. We share your data only with trusted third-party processors required to deliver our service: Stripe (payment processing) and Resend (email delivery). These processors are contractually bound to protect your data. Your payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

Data Retention. We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil your booking and comply with our legal and tax obligations, typically no longer than 6 years.

Your Rights. Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request erasure of your data; object to or restrict processing; and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@buffrockwellness.com.

Complaints. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.
